A Christmas Carol *2

“Expect the second on the next night at the same hour. The third upon the next night when the last stroke of Twelve has ceased to vibrate. Look to see me no more; and look that, for your own sake, you remember what has passed between us!”
"... Oh! captive, bound, and double-ironed..."
"Pfff pFF ... MY GOODness -WHAT was that?!"
"Hello there! Told anyone Adam about his role? I got the strong feeling he was very surprised!" - OFFVOICE: ...äh -no. We forgot. But anyway.  Scrooge WAS certainly surprised as well...

“It is required of every man,” the Ghost returned, “that the spirit within him should walk abroad among his fellowmen, and travel far and wide; and if that spirit goes not forth in life, it is condemned to do so after death. It is doomed to wander through the world—oh, woe is me!—and witness what it cannot share, but might have shared on earth, and turned to happiness!”

  2. Poor Adam, he could have had a heart attack, the shock of seeing the ghost could have killed him!!!!! And no-one thought to tell him! Ahh at least his reactions are real then, no play acting on his behalf.
